Over the four weeks of the programme, from March 9th to April 1st 1999, New Zealand students could follow life in the Light House, a street children’s drop-in centre in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where New Zealanders Peter and Sue Bryan work. The Bryans kept New Zealand schools up to date with regular stories on the internet site, a weekly fax message, and a weekly audioconference. Students could also ask them questions, the questions and the answers are in the 'have your say' section of this site. Students in registered schools communicated directly with the street children in the Light House, via an interpreter, using the discussion section of this site. I hope you enjoy the site. Susan
