I also got this
great shot as we pulled up behind an old Russian car loaded to the
gunnels with frozen sheep carcasses, in the boot and on the roof,
probably on the way to sell them somewhere. This is quite common
here. You see piles of frozen skins on the roofs of cars as well.
Because of the below-zero
temperatures outside many people use their balconies as deep freezes
over the winter months and store their meat etc out there.
